We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is a great way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and to drink plenty of water, if we wish lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
